摘要: Chinese carmaker is short of the ability of designing CAN\LIN network, a method of designing the vehicle body CAN-BUS and LIN-BUS network is introduced based on the AUTOSAR standard. A typical topology is designed and three transmitting type of CAN message is defined. A design method of Network Management PDU Structure is given. At the end, the method is verified by CANoe software and physical simulation.
摘要: To meet the requirements of smoothness and flexibility, an intelligent track-searching vehicle is designed to run fast and smoothly on different tracks. It is equipped with a MC9S12DG128 SCM as core, a steering engine, a motor-control module and other modules. The continuous path recognition algorithm is applied to collect track information, and the optimized PID control algorithm is used to control the intelligent vehicle’s steering engine and motor. The experimental results show that the detection accuracy of intelligent vehicle is significantly increased; its sensitivity and stability are also obviously improved, achieving the fundamental goal of high speed of intelligent track-searching vehicle.
摘要: Aiming at terminal guidance law design of airborne boost-phase ballistic missile interception under acceleration of target without availability, we study on optimal sliding-mode terminal guidance law design of Kinetic-Kill Vehicle. Motion characteristic and infrared characteristic of ballistic missile are analyzed basing on founding ballistic missile boost-phase motion equations. Optimal terminal guidance law of Kinetic-Kill Vehicle is designed basing on undershoot quantity least and energy minimum. Optimal guidance law and augmented proportional navigation law having the same form is proved in theory. Optimal sliding-mode terminal guidance law is designed under acceleration of target without availability, using optimal control theory and sliding-mode control theory. Simulation show that optimal sliding-mode terminal guidance law satisfies required index, reaching the aim to direct hit the target. The correctness and effectiveness of the optimal sliding-mode guidance law are proved.
摘要: The article proposed a kind of new measuring technique suitable for pellet outer diameter --shading of measurement, using high quality laser as the light, linear CCD image sensor TCD1206 acts testing device, TCD1206 produced drive without delay by single-chip microcomputer, process pellet outer diameter signal coming from TCD1206 by floating threshold method of binary, finally the processed binary signals send back to the single-chip microcomputer, through MAX232 serial communication transfer to PC for displaying. The whole process realizes real-time detection to pellet outer diameter, and makes measurement system had higher precision.
摘要: The method of state space model fitting is carried out by using the linear relation of the variable of the differential equations and separating the steady process and instant process to eliminate the steady errors course by instant errors. The improved fitting method is without solving the linear differential equations or using any iterative methods. The coefficient of the state space model can be solve simply using matrix operation under the premise of high accuracy, so it has a higher computational efficiency than former least square method. And this method can also be used with other fitting method. Finally, to illustrate the validity and accuracy of the improved method, a small perturbation state space model of a certain turboshaft engine model has been established by this method, and the simulation result between state space model and nonlinear model was also compared. Also, the state space model could be applied to fault diagnosis and control system design for aeroengines.
摘要: As the core of automotive engine control system, carrying out intelligence research for ECU’s own intellectual property rights is necessary. In the foundation of combining domestic actual and analysis and summary to the existing system, we propose the design proposal of motor car engine intelligence electron controller based on CANBUS, and exposit how the factors of human, automobile, environment and so on to be coordinated to achieve optimal performance of overall system. By computer communication and network technology, seamlessly integration of GPS navigation system, radio telephone and bus distributed network can be realized, which enables the entire automobile electron system have the ability of data fusion, failure diagnosis and certain self-repair ability. ECU has huge potential commercial profit, because it uses field bus technology so that cable quantity in automobile was reduced greatly, and the field bus uses pure digital technique so that many measuring appliances and equipments can be connected on single electric cable to transmit more information, in addition, it has stronger interference immunity, lower cost of installment, running and maintenance. This system can coordinate with transportation automatic monitoring visual system, and it’s the key link to realize intelligence transportation system.
摘要: The stable output-pressure of a gas regulator has important significance to the operational safety. This new intelligent gas regulator’s key problem is that the output-pressure is difficult to be stable with the single PID control parameters as the initial parameters. For this reason, a Dual-Mode Self-Tuning PID controller is designed, the controller can adjust the Kp, Ki, Kd with different initial value at the different workplace. After simulating with the MATLAB and AMESIM .We find it improves the dynamic property and stable-state property in the natural gas output system effectively. There are practical significance and theoretical reference for the improvement of non-linear industrial control system dynamic behavior.
摘要: This paper is concerned with speed control of hydraulic press system. First, the mathematical model of hydraulic press is derived from its physical characteristics. Then, based on this model, the so-called back-stepping approach is used to design a speed controller. Moreover, in order to overcome the unknown deformation resistance and some other resistance, an adaptive control scheme is introduced to this controller. Finally, a real hydraulic press model is used to validate the proposed method. Simulation results show that the adaptive controller deals with the nonlinearity effectively, and the tracking performance of the system is good.
摘要: MISEP is a validated Algorithm to separate linear and nonlinear mixture signals,In this paper,the MISEP is used for separating mixture falling sound signals of coal and rock in the process of mining.The MISEP can effectively separates the sound signal of coal and rock. According to the frequency spectrum difference of separated signal,the proportion of coal and rock can be determined,so the coal and rock interface automatic identification can be realized.
