摘要: The Taiwan stock market has millions of investors. If each investor spends $5,000 NTD each month on a professional technical analysis system (the current use price is $5,000~10,000 NTD) and it is conservatively estimated 100,000 investors would use the system, the market potential will be $500 million NTD. Developing an effective stock trading analysis system can help investors obtain profits. At the same time, the system buyers can also make considerable profits. The study is intended to develop a stock trading technical analysis system with moving average method.
摘要: Water management is one of the most critical and widely studied topics in what concerns proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC). Traditional macroscopic models of two-phase transport in PEMFCs generally assume “homogeneous” medium and are based on the concept of volumetric averaging, thus lumping all the detailed information of the structural morphology inside a PEMFC. Mesoscopic models have the potential to reveal the underlying pore-scale mechanism of two-phase transport in PEMFCs. This paper aims to review the sate-of-the-art and perspective of the PEMFC mesoscopic two-phase transport models, mainly the pore network (PN) model and the Lattice Boltzmann (LB) model. We will talk about what we are planning to do using the LB model as well.
摘要: In order to improve the welding quality and welding speed of irregular bellows, according to the characteristic of welding seam of bellows, an automatic and on-line detection technology is proposed in welding technique. The infrared laser sensor is used for measuring with non-contact and real-time detection of welded joint center, the position of welding seam is transfered by the IEEE-1394(Fire Wire). After data preprocessing, the coordinates of feature point are extracted, be storaged and forecasted, then sent to the control system, the moving of welding gun is controlled along track scanning. According to the accuracy analysis of on-line detection system of bellows, the technology of tracking measurement is stable and reliable, and it is effective for improving measuring accuracy and efficiency.
摘要: The control approach applies multivariable model-predictive control principles to the entire network. The optimization scheme based on predictive-control aims at adjusting the decision variables in the supply chain to satisfy the customer orders with the least operating cost over a specified rolling time horizon using a detailed difference model of the system. Dedicated feedback controllers are utilized to maintain product inventory at all nodes of the supply chain network within pre-specified target levels that are subsequently embedded within the optimization control framework. The PID control policy is applied to promoting the predictive control effect, and the comparative simulations of the system under both PID and non-PID control are exerted. Simulated results prove that the inventory control system with the proposed MPC optimizations show good dynamic performance. But the MPC approach combined with PID control makes better effect on inventory predicted control in the supply chain network.
摘要: The casting process design and simulation of the front wearing plate of 10/8ST-AH slurry pump were presented in this paper. The casting process design principle, process parameters, points of attention, and the simulation parameters were introduced. Huazhu CAE was used to simulate the casting process. The STL document used in Huazhu CAE was converted from the 3D moulding of the casting process using the Solidwork software. The simulation results and practical production showed that the casting process can reduce shrinkage defects of the casting.

The casting process design principle, process parameters, points of attention, and the simulation parameters were introduced. Huazhu CAE was used to simulate the casting process. The STL document used in Huazhu CAE was converted from the 3D molding of the casting process using the Solidwork software. The simulation results and practical production showed that the casting process can reduce shrinkage defects of the casting. And practical production also showed that the produced rear wearing plates, according to the technique, meted the quality demands, such as no crack, no misrun, etc, and they were successfully used at the thermal power plants and concentration plants.
摘要: The limit cycle flutter of a plate-type structure with dissymmetrical subsection linear stiffness in incompressible viscous flow was studied. Galerkin Method was used to get the differential equations of system. The equivalent linearization concept was performed to predict the ranges of limit cycle flutter velocities. The flutter borderline map was used to analyze the the stability of limit cycle flutter. By numerical integrating, the velocities of convergence, flutter and instability were obtained. The theoretical results agree well with the results of numerical integration.
摘要: Flow-induced vibrations of parallel plates in axial viscous flow were studied. Viscous flow theory was applied to describe the fluid-structure interaction. The fluid was supposed to be two-dimensional. The expressions of fluid velocities were created. The pressure grads were gotten with two-dimensional Navier-Stocks equations. Semi-analytical fluid pressures of a three-parallel plate-type structure were obtained. The added mass coefficients, added damping and added stiffness coefficients were determined. These analytical coefficients indicate a strong dependence on gap width.
摘要: The durability and the accuracy are the critical issues for the design of auto-balance device, which have been well discussed in the literature. However existing solutions were incomplete, they have some defects such as their complicated structure, lots maintenance, poor serviceability and poor balance accuracy. In this paper, we proposed a novel scheme to enhance the durability and the accuracy significantly, which includes three main points: The first, we extract fundamental wave signal with discrete Fourier transform. The second, we adopt electric magnetic drive. The third, we employ planetary gear drive with small teeth difference. The experiment results show that our scheme can achieve satisfactory balance accuracy, which validates our analysis. All the results are obtained by over 1000 hours continuous experiments.
摘要: Based on the Kirchhoff equations, Newton-Euler laws, boundary layer theory and mass definition, the six degrees of freedom dynamic model of airship complete with aerodynamic forces, wind effect is presented. Then, the nonlinear dynamic model is divided into three group equations by restricting airship motion in different planes respectively. The motion characteristics of airship, including stability, the effect of ballast position and rotational damping, are studied using linearized model. The results of simulation verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and airship design.
