摘要: This paper builds projects risk evaluation index system, and makes the projects risk evaluation from a qualitative assessment to a quantitative evaluation; Then, Making use of the advantage about SPA and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, index weights are made by the set pair analysis (SPA) model and projects risk of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is built; Lastly, a case is used to show the combine of set pair analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for projects risk assessment feasible.

摘要: The risk of bridge and tunnel engineering in construction stage is a main subject which must be faced by bridge and tunnel engineer. Risk evaluation can analyze the happening possibility of construction safety accident and the consequence and loss caused by the accident. The research summary of risk evaluation method of bridge and tunnel construction safety is generalized in this paper. The main methods of risk evaluation at present are extrapolated, and the quality of each method is analyzed. The word of this paper will provide favorable reference for further research on risk evaluation of construction safety of bridge and tunnel engineering.

摘要: Combined with the characteristics of the power grid construction projects, based on the fishbone diagram theory, the paper gradually identifies the cost risk factors in power grid construction projects according to the project construction process of project decision-making and feasibility study phase, design and bidding phase, construction phase,and completion of final accounts and summary evaluation phase. The study provides a certain amount of reference for power grid construction project risk management and controlling grid construction costs.

摘要: With the rapid development of Chinese economic, environmental pollution, energy shortages and other issues become increasingly prominent. Relying solely on the power construction is difficult to meet the country's rapidly increasing demand for electricity. Energy conservation, rational and efficient use of energy is the effective initiatives to protect the environment and ease the energy shortage. Efficiency Power Plant (EPP) can improve the energy utilization efficiency of the whole society. It is the most new energy-saving mode, many issues need to coordinate and handle during its implementation. Benefit sharing is a key prerequisite for enterprise to implement the EPP. In this paper, we integrate all aspects of EPP’s risk factors during its implementation to build a benefit sharing model of Efficiency Power Plant. And prove the feasibility and accuracy.

摘要: This article focuses on the method of assessment of the risks in the construction process of Highway BT projects. This paper makes the risk assessment to a harbor Highway BT project, by building the risk assessment system based on the total life-cycle model. The risk assessment to the project is divided into four phases, which are initiated, contract, construction, and repurchase. And through the surveys of experts, we collect the data, determine the weights with Rough Set theory, and analyze the risks of the project. Finally, we get the result on the assessment for the risks of the project, it is a good indication of the actual risk of the project.
