摘要: It is an inevitable problem that how to select appropriate partner in case of constructing supply chain network taking contractor or owner as main body in the building engineering construction. Based on reference of existing research results of supplier evaluation index system and combining with main evaluation index of building construction, the paper built evaluation index system of building engineering materials supplier and introduced ANP that combining qualitative and quantitative method to select optimal supplier. Supplier selection example of some large scale building material supplier selection based on Super Decision verifies the feasibility of ANP selection method proposed in the paper.

摘要: Currently, urban development needs more construction land, and food security requires the guarantee of a certain farmland. This causes a sharp contradiction between the lack of urban construction land and the protection of farmland. Meanwhile, rural construction land was extensively used. So, the solution of this contradiction is allocating urban and rural construction land. Taking Xindu district of Chengdu as an example, this paper proposed the implementation method and operation environment of linking the increase in land used for urban construction with the decrease in land used for rural construction (hereinafter referred to as the “link”). It is proven by research that the farmland increased 11.4 mu, the land of farmers centralization residence saved 438.7 mu and the land of urban construction increased 533.2 mu. The link realized the goal of without increasing the total amount of construction land and decreasing the farmland, and improving quality at the same time.

摘要: Taking the Landsat TM/ETM+ images of Suzhou City in 1995 and 2003 as data resource, the expand changes of the construction land were researched. Computer supervised classification and GIS spatial analysis methods were used to extract the Suzhou City construction land information, and the construction land expansion distribution map of Suzhou City from 1995 to 2003 was obtained. Last urban expansion speed, compactness and fractal dimension index were combined to analyze the Suzhou City’s expansion change characteristics. The results showed that, from 1995 to 2003 Suzhou city in a stage of rapid development of urban expansion, the spatial form is increasing complexity, the expand trend is for ancient city center to radiation spread all around, among them with the eastern and northern expansion is most obvious.

摘要: With the continuous acceleration of urbanization process in our country, the conflict between demand of urban-rural construction land and limitation of land resources in area with rapid economic development is becoming sharper. Therefore, the research for planning and layout of urban-rural construction land is particular important. This paper takes Foshan City, Guangdong Province as an example. With GIS spatial analysis, divide the researched area into grids of some standard dimensions (20 m×20 m) through setting a group of construction permission elements; calculate the construction permission index of each grid (evaluation unit) and determine the proper land construction degree of different grids (evaluation unit) according to size of construction permission index; define areas with different construction degrees and strengths hierarchically; establish the guide rules of construction permission for each area to realize the reasonable spatial layout of construction land, so as to arrange reasonable space for newly increased urban-rural construction land in general planning of land use, achieving economical and intensive land use.

摘要: There are usually more than one construction schemes available in the process of engineering construction, and an optimized scheme selection is directly related to construction’s investment returns. Hence, using value engineering to optimize construction scheme selection has its practical significance. This paper, based on the basic principles of value engineering, builds the new model of comparison and selection of construction schemes through the comprehensive analysis of its function and cost, and selects the construction scheme which has better comprehensive result through quantitative method. Meanwhile, the systematic analysis of engineering example is carried out.
