摘要: The heat transfer in steel continuous casting process under mold oscillation was calculated, and temperature fluctuation phenomena was found in the initial solidification area, the maximum value was approximate 16 °C. The effect of different continuous casting parameters on temperature fluctuation were analyzed, and the temperature fluctuation was considered to be a key factor to the formation of oscillation marks. The Index of Temperature Fluctuation(ITF) was proposed to predict the effect of temperature fluctuation on the formation of billet surface defects.

摘要: Compression behavior of a novel type of SiC/Al co-continuous composites was investigated using the finite element method and a new constitutive model were presented in this paper. The results show that the new constitutive model of the co-continuous composites can predicate the compression behavior of the composites accurately according to the simulative data. The fitting curve of the compression behavior achieved from the constitutive formula accords with the simulation results, which improves the reliability of the simulation on composites.
摘要: According to the wheel-rail interaction characteristics and the restriction condition of track, a wheel-rail lateral force continuous measurement method is researched. This paper validates the feasibility of rail web bending moment difference methodthough simulation calculationand field measurement. The results shows that this method is absolutely capable of achieve continuous measurement of wheel-rail lateral force.
摘要: The cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) production in greenhouse-grown reacted an important on vegetable supply. An experiment was conducted, during the 2001-2002 and 2002-2003 cropping seasons, November 2001 to the early July 2002 in the first season, and October 2002 to early July 2003 in the second season, in a solar greenhouse on the Loess Plateau in Yan’an, Shaanxi, Northwest China, to study the root characteristics, growth and fruit yield of cucumber as affected by growing in soils that have been continuously cropped cucumbers for 0, 1, 4, and 8 years. The results showed that the number of cucumber roots, root length, root dry weight, plant height, and leaf number decreased, but root diameter increased as the duration of continuous cropping increased. The fresh fruit productivity was the highest on the soil with 1year cropping history and decreased as the duration of continuous cropping increased to 4 years or more. Root number, root length, and root weight were correlated positively with yield whereas root diameter was correlated negatively with yield. The results emphasized the point that 4 years duration of continuous cropping is an important warning time for greenhouse cucumber production. If the duration of continuous cropping was beyond 4 years, poor root growth and decrease in yield of the cucumber would start appearing. In order to promote root development and increase fruit productivity, beyond 4 years of continuous cropping should be avoided in cucumber production management.

摘要: With the rapid development of computer networks, invasion and attack becomes more and more frequent in network environment. Therefore, insuring the information system continuously and correctly working has become an urgent problem in the information security field. And continuous data protection (CDP) supporting service recovery provides us a good idea to resolve it. In this article, we have designed and implemented a continuous data protection system supporting service recovery, which is named SSR-CDPS. The basic design idea of the SSR-CDPS architecture is dividing the whole protection process into three stages: monitoring, protecting and recovery. Meanwhile, we propose a multi versioning data backup mechanism for the protecting process and a novel file failure recovery mechanism. Especially, we transfer the full copy operation of file contents into the merely slight modification operation on the FAT table, MFT table or other similar data structures; so that we achieve the aim of greatly reducing the direct disks read and write overhead. The test toward the SSR-CDPS prototype system shows that the system can significantly improve the efficiency of data protection within limited change to the existing file system; thus, it can meet the high real-time and the continuity requirements of the information system recovery applications.
