摘要: Low frequency ultrasonic treatment was applied to desorb surface organics from the surface of nanosized TiO2 photocatalyst, which was prepared by hydrothermal method using a mixture of different amounts of Ti(OBu)4, ethanol, acetone and pyridine raw materials. The UV-Vis, TG-DTA and GC-MS analysis were used to investigate the surface organics. It was found that the absorption intensity around 250nm in UV-Vis spectra of the upper transparent solution, which represents the amount of organics desorbed from the TiO2 surface, increased with increasing treatment time. Along with the TG-DTA and GC-MS analysis, the kinds and amounts of partial surface organics were roughly clarified, and these organics may correspond with the photocatalytic degradation rate for methyl orange (MO) solution under visible light irradiation (≥450nm).

摘要: The effect of ultrasonic treatment under low frequency and power condition on the surface adsorption state and photocatalysis activity of nanosized TiO2 photocatalyst was studied. Results obtained from UV-Vis absorption spectra revealed that obvious differences of adsorption state on TiO2 powder surface were found after ultrasonic treatment, which agreed with the DTA-TG results that the thermal peaks varied with increasing ultrasonic treatment time. Furthermore, the photocatalysis activity for methyl-orange solution under visible light irradiation (≥450 nm) varied in a similar way with increasing ultrasonic treatment time. Present study revealed that the ultrasonic treatment was an effective way to study the relation between the surface adsorption state and photocatalysis activity of present nanosize TiO2 photocatalyst.

摘要: Me/MeN/Me (Me=Al, Ti ) multilayer thin films were deposited on silicon substrates by a multi-arc ion plating method (MAIP) and successive magnetron sputtering method (MS) respectively. The as-prepared and heat-treated films were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and auger electron spectra (AES). The results revealed that MS method has an advantage over MAIP method to prepare the Al/AlN/Ti submicron thin films which have high density, clear interface and smooth surface. In addition, the present study indicated that both the deposition sequence and mid-layer composition have a significant effect on the thermal stability. After heat-treatment at 500 oC for 10 min, the Al/AlN/Ti multilayer film prepared by the MS method has good thermal stability without surface crack or surface flaking. Furthermore, significant diffusion of oxygen element and nitrogen element within the multilayer interface was observed by the AES measurement. It is believed that the element diffusion in the multilayer interface plays an important role in the binding strength of multilayer interface.

摘要: XRD, SEM, bulk density and dielectric properties measurements were used to investigate the effect of TiO2 nanopowder substitution for conventional TiO2 micro-powder on the sintering and electric properties of PZT ceramics. Results revealed that the sintering temperature of dense Pb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3 ceramics was lowered about 50°C ~ 100°C when 20% and 40% of conventional TiO2 micro-powder was substituted by TiO2 nanopowder. The electric properties were kept or even enhanced in the PZT ceramics adopted the TiO2 nanopowder.

摘要: A new interpretation model, instead of classical Kohlrausch-Williams-Watt (KWW) equation, was applied to interpret stress relaxation behavior of Si3N4-Y2Si2O7 ceramics. Results revealed that the new model could obtain reasonable relaxation plastic viscosity and viscoelastic viscosity under testing temperature range of 1300°C~1575°C. From the plotted curve of viscosity vs 1/RT, an activation energy change occurred around 1500°C was found for both plastic viscosity and viscoelastic viscosity curves. This change, which indicated the microstructure change, was in good agreement with the significant decrease of high temperature strength retention property.

摘要: Yttrium oxide hydroxide nitrate (Y4O(OH)9NO3), which was prepared by polyvinyl alcoholassisted hydrothermal method from the Y(NO3)3 and KOH starting solution, was characterized by XRD and FE-SEM. The results revealed that pH value of the starting solution is an important factor which determines the morphology and size of the products. The obtained products varied from lamina microprisms to circular nanorods when the pH value increased from 7.0 to 8.0. In the high pH value above 8.0, the size of nanorods decreased with increasing pH value. A primary mechanism was proposed to explain the evolution of morphology and size of Y4O(OH)9NO3 products prepared under various pH values.

摘要: Y1.97-xTi0.03CdxO2S (0≤x≤0.06) phosphors with long afterglow were synthesized by solid-state reaction. The photoluminescence spectra, decay curves, thermoluminescnece spectra and Chromaticity coordinate curves were investigated. Results showed that the luminescence and afterglow intensity of Y1.97-xTi0.03CdxO2S (0≤x≤0.06) reduced gradually with increasing Cd2+ ion content while the shape and position of emission peak remain unchanged. The Chromaticity coordinate of present phosphor keeps at (0.5497,0.4415). Furthermore, based on the results of thermoluminescence curves of Ti, Cd single doped and co-doped Y2O2S phosphors, the doped Cd ion reduces the inherent trap depth of Ti single doped Y2O2S:Ti, and induces simultaneously a new trap level in Y2O2S:Ti,Cd phosphor. Thus, it was proposed that the introduced new structure defect by Cd2+ ions should be responsible for the reducing luminescence and afterglow property.

摘要: Ti,Eu co-doped Y2O2S:0.06Ti,0.08Eu phosphor with red long afterglow emission from Eu ions was synthesized via traditional sintering method. Results showed that sintering temperature has great influence on the crystal structure, luminescence and afterglow property of the phosphors. The best luminescence and afterglow properties were obtained for the phosphors sintered at 1200°C for 2.5h. Furthermore, only emissions originated from charge transition of Eu3+ was found in the luminescence spectra whereas the afterglow spectra were composed of two sets of emissions: a broad yellow emission band around 565nm and a group of narrow peaks in the wavelength range above 530 nm. The origin of afterglow spectra was discussed: the former is likely related to emission from Ti related traps and the latter is supposed to come from the Eu3+ through an energy transfer process from Ti emission to Eu3+.

摘要: Yttrium oxide hydroxide nitrate nanorods were prepared via a facile hydrothermal method using PEG-6000 as template in Y(NO3)3 and KOH reactant system. The effect of hydrothermal treatment time on the crystallite structure, the crystallite shape and size was investigated by XRD and FE-SEM measurements. XRD results showed that the main phase of the as-prepared product was Y4O(OH)9NO3 crystal of monoclinic phase. FE-SEM images displayed that the size of the nanorods grows large with increasing time from 5h to 24h. Furthermore, no shape change was found, demonstrating that the as grown nanorods are stable when the reaction time increased from 1h to 24 h. Dissolution recrystallization process was proposed to explain the growth process of Y4O(OH)9NO3 nanorods.
