摘要: In order to build the software evaluation and testing platform for surface topography measuring device and related enterprise, it is urgent to exploit the surface topography measurement and evaluation standard software application system. This paper proposes a novel method of surface topography design software base on exiting international standards. The method is introduced to obtain the reference line of surface profile. According to the reference line of surface roughness defined by the related standards, the functional evaluation parameters of surface characteristics were calculated. The procedure in designing the graphical user interface (GUI) is given based on the MATLAB software platform. This method realizes the software system that can evaluate the parameters of surface topography. The experimental analysis results show that the surface topography functional evaluation software using MATLAB has simple structure and reliable performance.

摘要: In the new geometrical product specification (GPS), the specification surface model is a new concept in the new-generation geometrical product specification, which is the bridge to connect between nominal model and real model. To solve the problem for generate specification surface model of flatness, a generation method for generate specification surface model of flatness is presented in this paper. Based on the composing of real surface, specification surface model of flatness is classified to three factors: function requirement factor, manufacture process factor, and roughness factor. Aimed at the different characteristic of each factor, generation model for function requirement factor, manufacture process factor, and roughness factor are built respectively. Finally, a plate part is applied to illustrate the proposed generation method for specification surface model of flatness.

摘要: The quality of workpiece is influenced by the surface roughness. However, the assessment of parameters of surface roughness is not researched intensively in the new generation GPS standards system. This paper presents a method to assess parameters of surface roughness. The methodology adopts wavelet analysis to construct the model of surface topography and uses the mallat algorithm to separate roughness profile from surface topography. The assessment results of surface profile are calculated according to the standard ISO 4287:1997. The experimental results show that the method not only avoids simplicity the assessment of parameters, but also decreases the number of productions of mis-acceptance and mis-rejection.

摘要: With the development of science and technology, the higher and higher surface accuracy of workpiece is required. The characterization of surface topography affect greatly on functional performance of workpiece. In recent years, many researchers have made a large progress on the study of surface topography and presented some related standards. The assessment of parameters of surface roughness, however, has not been researched intensively in the new generation of standards system. This paper proposes a novel roughness separation method based on B spline wavelet to analyze engineering surface. This method improves accuracy of roughness signal separation. The experimental results show that B spline wavelet can extracts accurately the roughness component and experiment results by the proposed method fit with the actual value of the standard sample plate.
