摘要: In this paper, a method for axis to plane in random direction perpendicularity error evaluation based on new generation GPS is proposed. On the basis of a comprehensive study about the definition and measurement method of perpendicularity error, the evaluation model based on the minimum zone conditions is established. Datum plane is transformed to coordinate plane through transition matrix, so the perpendicularity error of measured element to datum plane can be transformed to that of measured element to coordinate plane. The evaluation model is simplified. Example shows that the perpendicularity error of axis to plane can be evaluated accurately and effectively.

摘要: The garbage crusher is a new kind of crusher for garbage crushing when processing Municipal Solid Waste (MSW). With the development of automatic equipment and the complication of structure and properties of the garbage crusher, the fault diagnosis of garbage crusher is very important. In this paper, according to the fault symptoms and parameters, Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBF NN) is used for fault diagnosis of the garbage crusher. The structure and inference of RBF NN are discussed in detail. The garbage crusher fault diagnosis model is established based on RBF network. At last, the fault of mechanical system is taken as an example of garbage crusher fault diagnosis. Training simulation results of the neural network are given base on MATLAB software. The result shows the RBF NN is suitable for fault diagnosis of garbage crusher.

摘要: In the new geometrical product specification (GPS), the specification surface model is a new concept in the new-generation geometrical product specification, which is the bridge to connect between nominal model and real model. To solve the problem for generate specification surface model of flatness, a generation method for generate specification surface model of flatness is presented in this paper. Based on the composing of real surface, specification surface model of flatness is classified to three factors: function requirement factor, manufacture process factor, and roughness factor. Aimed at the different characteristic of each factor, generation model for function requirement factor, manufacture process factor, and roughness factor are built respectively. Finally, a plate part is applied to illustrate the proposed generation method for specification surface model of flatness.

摘要: Comfortableness of cars is influenced obviously by engine vibration. Aiming at the vibration problem of passenger cars, this paper presents an optimal method for powertrain mounting system which bases on energy decoupling method. Firstly, a six-freedom dynamic model of powertrain mounting system of passenger cars is established. Then, an optimal process of mounting system is conducted by using the theory of energy decoupling with maximizing decoupling rate of the six-freedom mounting system as objective. The theory of energy decoupling and the elastic theory are applied to optimize the design of powertrain mounting system in Matlab software. Powertrain mounting system is implemented by ADAMS software. At last, optimal results of Matlab and ADAMS are compared. The comparison results illustrate effectiveness and rationality.

摘要: Perpendicularity error has great influence on the quality and performance of the geometrical products, and it is of great importance to guarantee the interchangeability. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) is an extraordinarily useful intelligent optimization algorithm with several advantages of fast convergence rate and easy realization for computer in the multidimensional space function optimization and dynamic target optimization. As a result, it is very accurate and is accordant with the requirement of minimum zone method (MZC) using PSO to associate the base plane of perpendicularity error.

摘要: Machine tool is the foundation of manufacture,then, five-axis CNC machine is the sophisticated equipment of CNC machine. During the practical work,there is an thermal deformation in a CNC machine because of many kinds of heat sources . This deformation affects the relative displacement between the work piece and the cutter, caused the manufacturing errors, and influences the machining accuracy of the part. So is of great importance to research the thermal characteristics. In this paper, thermal characteristics of CNC milling machine are simulated by analyzing the thermal boundary condition and using the finite element software-ANASYS Workbench. Get the temperature field cloud picture of A/C axes bi-rotary mill head of five-axis CNC machine. Weakness of Thermal Characteristics will be found out. This research provides the theoretical fundamentals for improving the accuracy of the mill head.
