摘要: With the development of transportation construction, soft rock tunnel with high geostress construction has become a key problem to overcome of traffic engineering construction. In order to explore the deformation mechanism and control technology of soft rock tunnel with high geostress, Xiakou tunnel engineering as an example, the geological characteristics and deformation characteristics of the tunnel were analyzed, to obtain the deformation mechanism of soft rock tunnels with high geostress, and to develop deformation control technology, the results provide a basis and reference for the domestic and foreign the similar engineering construction.

摘要: The computational model based on the shallow mined-out areas was built by using FLAC3D, and the separation and dislocation characteristics of the layered roof in the mined-out areas were analyzed under different conditions. The results showed that the maximum value of the layered roof separation increased with the increase of the mining width, and that value decreased with the increase of lateral pressure and the cohesion between layers. The separation curves of the layered roof showed the shape variation from the symmetry flat arch to the asymmetric steeple arch and then to the linear form, the maximum separation value of the layered roof exhibited a three-stage tendency of a gradual increase, a steep reduction and a slight change, and the maximum dislocation value of the layered roof presented a two-stage tendency of firstly slow growth and then rapid growth with the increase of the dip angle of coal seam.

摘要: The paper study the deformation characteristics of the Prefabricated bamboo reinforced porous concrete slab through points with four points focused beam loading method. The results show that flexural behavior of prefab slab can be improved by adding bamboo reinforcement. Along with the increase of bamboo reinforcement ratio, deflection of prefab board will gradually reduce. Through the loading deflection curve, we can discover that the bamboo reinforced prefab slab with the linear elastic state, and the slab can withstand a certain load after cracking. Bamboo reinforced with strengthening and toughening effect for porous concrete, prefabricated bamboo reinforced porous concrete plate can be used better in slope protection engineering.

摘要: JCO forming is one of manufacture mode widely used in production of large diameter submerged-arc welding pipes, in which JCO forming process is progressive multi-step air bending. In order to improve JCO forming quality, it is necessary to analysis deformation characteristic of air bending. So, air bending is analyzed using finite element method. Taking the air bending of X80 steel Φ1219mm×22mm×12000mm welding pipe for instance, the air bending is simulated by finite element (FE) code ABAQUS. In this paper, the simulation data is validated by experiments and a comparison showed a good agreement with experiments results. The stress/strain from simulation is discussed. Thus, the results of research provides a basis to improve JCO forming quality.

In order to improve crimping forming quality, it is necessary to analysis deformation characteristic of crimping forming process. So, crimping is analyzed using finite element method. Taking the crimping of X80 steel Φ1219mm×22mm×12000mm welding pipe for instance, the crimping forming process is simulated by finite element (FE) code ABAQUS. In this paper, the simulation data is validated by product and a comparison showed a good agreement with product results. The stress/strain from simulation is discussed. Thus, the results of research provides a basis to improve crimping quality.

摘要: Oil storage tank plays an important role in modern oil industry. The development of large-scale oil storage tanks has resulted in the complexity of stress distribution and deformation situation of tank wall and tank bottom. Especially in soft foundations, the tank structure is susceptible to various types of settlement deflections. The most common type is planar inclined foundation. In this paper, the finite element model of large-scale oil storage tank was built according to the pattern of design and the deformation characteristic and stress distribution of large storage tank under the planar inclined foundation was obtained. Considering the floating roof, the ultimate value of large storage tank under the planar inclined foundation is determined.

摘要: Tensile tests of epoxy molding compounds were carried out using specimens composed of epoxy molding compounds which are transfer molded and post cured. The mechanical characteristics of the epoxy molding compounds change significantly due to changes in temperature and strain rate. In addition, the effect of nonlinear viscosity is large in both elastic and plastic regions. The characteristics of the visco-elastic-plastic behaviors of the epoxy molding compounds were examined. The behavior characteristics of the epoxy molding compounds during loading and unloading were shown in detail.

摘要: The geological conditions of high slope is detailed, the main deformation characteristics of high slope are described. Based on the above, it is known that the rock mass unloading-loosing and toppling deformation accompanying the creeping along bedding plane or fault mainly happen in the upper and middle portion of the high slope, especially in the upper portion. These deformations have other features in the middle portion of the slope: the deformed rock mass rarely appears the bending, but exists an obvious weak plane out of which the rock stratum and tensile fissures mostly dip to the inner of the slope, suggesting the deformation mainly is toppling and tensile-cracking; inside of the weak plane the dip direction is opposite to the outside. The deformation of the upper portion is different from the middle one in which there has a lot of tensile fissures which attitudes are variable and the degree of the breaking and loosing is largely higher than the middle portion of the high slope.
